What we collect

For visitors searching the directory: the address or location you type into the search box is used only to find pilots near you. If you use the "locate me" feature, your browser asks your permission first and your location is used only for that search — it is not stored.

For pilots: when you create an account we collect your name, email address, business name, phone number, business address, services offered, and the documents you upload (such as your FAA Part 107 certificate and business logo).

What is shown publicly

Only the business information a pilot chooses to list appears on the public map: business name, city and state, business phone number, website or Facebook link, services offered, coverage radius, and logo.

We never publish pilot email addresses, exact street addresses, account details, or uploaded certification documents. Part 107 certificate copies are stored privately and viewable only by the site administrator for verification.

Payments

Membership payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card number is entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and never touches or is stored on our servers. We can see only your subscription status and payment dates — never your full card details.

How we use information

We use pilot information to operate the directory, verify eligibility, and manage memberships. We use contact information only to respond to questions and manage your account. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

How we protect information

Accounts are protected by encrypted sign-in, and every record in our database is guarded by access rules so pilots can only see and edit their own information. Administrative areas are restricted to the site owner. Private documents are served through secure, expiring links.

Your choices

Pilots can edit or remove their listing at any time from their dashboard. To request a copy or deletion of your personal information, email us and we will take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy we will post the new version on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
